Our Story

Hello! My name is Erin, I am the founder of Full Bloom Co. With an administrative background in accounts, scheduling and coordination I am able to keep a level head in high pressure situations and think outside the box to find the best solution. In 2013 I took a job sea change starting an apprenticeship in landscape construction where I progressed into the role of construction manager. In 2017 my passion for flowers really started to take hold when I decided to do my own flowers for our wedding, shortly after doing our wedding flowers I was swamped with friends wanting me to do flowers for their wedding and the little hobby business quickly became my main focus. My husband Nathaniel has a background in a wide variety of timber work including carpentry, cabinet making and a diploma in horticulture and design before also taking a job in landscape construction. We have both worked on some huge residential projects in the city and down the Mornington Peninsula where timelines, quality and finishes were held at the upmost of importance. We are both hard working, methodical and meticulous with everything we set out to do, which means we have a strong attention to detail and can execute your requirements perfectly. We are also parents to our two beautiful girls who are already proving to take after mum and dad being outdoor souls.
