Planning

We are here to help assist with any stage of planning your event. This includes budgets, venues, catering quantities, all vendor recommendations, time lines, run sheets, decorations and styling.

On the day coordination

After all the hours of planning, we are there on the day to ensure everything goes smoothly. However if you want to create your own dream but need someone on the day to set up and ensure the day runs to your plan then you may just need an 'on the day' coordinator, either way we have you covered! We will meet onsite with you prior to the event to ensure we have a clear direction of how you want everything set out.

Floral arrangements

Set up

Set up prior to or on the day of your event is crucial, ensuring everything is installed safely, but also perfectly in place, is essential to the overall feel of the day. We can assist with initial set up or if you would like to do that yourself but just need those finishing touches installed, we can also take care of that. Items like flowers, food and drinks do not fare too well on a hot day, so while you're getting ready for your big day, let us take care of the final details of the set up. This also includes moving chairs, flowers and anything else from ceremony area to reception location.

Grazing tables

We can assist with the setup of grazing tables and if we are coordinating your event we will ensure they are replenished as required.

Styling

If you're stuck with ideas for your next event, we can suggest different themes and styles to work in with your space. Everything from decorations to food will help create the vibe for the day. We can assist you with working out exactly what your style is, even if you're not sure yourself.

Hire items

Our hire range items can either be picked up by yourself or delivered and installed by us. We allow generous hire times so you can enjoy your event without the stress of returning the item the following day. Head to our "Hire" page to see our full range.

Custom items

If you have an idea in your mind about something but are unable to find it, or are not sure how to build it, hit us up. We are always looking for a challenge and love creating exciting projects. Custom built items can be purchased for you to keep or if you have no place for it after your event and it's something that we can utilise we will add it to our hire range so that way you save some money by only paying the hire charge.
